600-employee engineering firm will expand AECOM water, wastewater,
storm water and transportation expertise; strengthen global portfolio
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 11, 2008--AECOM Technology
Corporation (NYSE: ACM), a leading provider of professional technical
and management support services for government and commercial clients
around the world, announced today that it has entered into an
agreement to acquire Boyle Engineering, a Newport Beach, Calif.-based
engineering firm that specializes in the water sector, including
drinking water, wastewater treatment and water-resource management.
Boyle will further strengthen AECOM's growing environmental
practice, particularly in the important water and wastewater markets.
Boyle has an especially strong presence in the southeast and western
United States, and employs more than 600 people.
