Agreement has three-year term with option to extend an additional two

AECOM Technology Corporation (NYSE: ACM), a leading provider of
professional technical and management support services for government
and commercial clients around the world, announced today that it was
awarded a master services agreement worth approximately US$10 million
annually for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) in
Under the agreement, which has a three-year term with the option to
extend an additional two years, AECOM will provide consulting
engineering services for 80 percent of the RMWB's capital projects and
infrastructure revitalization plan.
Projects will involve resources from a number of AECOM business lines
and include work such as water, wastewater, transportation, buildings
and special facilities. Projects covered by this capital program are
expected to have a total construction value of approximately US$750
million over three years.
